Guest registration

Paveletskaya AERO Hotel arranges registration at the place of stay for Russian citizens and migration registration for international guests for the duration of their stay at the hotel.

Registration is handled by our reception team. Information is submitted to the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs using the Kontur.Hotel service, formerly known as Kontur.FMS.

How registration works

At check-in, please present the documents required for registration to the receptionist. Our staff will check your details and complete the paperwork based on your citizenship and immigration status in Russia.

International guests should have their passport or another recognised identity document, as well as a migration card and visa if these are required for their category of stay. If you hold a temporary residence permit or a permanent residence permit, please inform the receptionist.
